In September we added 12 new lesson plans:

  • Inflation explained
    This lesson plan is tailored for students at the Advanced level and aimed at broadening their vocabulary on the theme of inflation.
  • Living for the weekend
    In this Upper-Intermediate lesson plan students will analyze and discuss how personal time investment choices impact overall life satisfaction.
  • Lies, Damned Lies, and Statistics
    In this C2 ESL lesson students will acquire and employ sophisticated vocabulary related to statistics, data analysis, and critical thinking, enhancing their ability to discuss complex statistical concepts in English with precision.
  • Conspiracy theories
    In this Advanced ESL lesson students will expand their sophisticated English vocabulary and hone their analytical discourse skills through an in-depth exploration of conspiracy theories.
  • How Empires Grow and Why They Fall
    In this C2 ESL lesson students will learn about the rise and fall of empires throughout history. This lesson will introduce important vocabulary and concepts related to imperial growth and decline.
  • Generation Z
    In this Intermediate ESL lesson students will improve English skills using Generation Z as a theme. They’ll learn new vocabulary, practice listening and speaking, read about Gen Z, and discuss Gen Z’s impact on culture.
  • Money for nothing
    In this Upper-Intermediate ESL lesson, students will explore the concept of Universal Basic Income while developing their English language skills. This lesson will focus on expanding vocabulary related to economics and social policy, practicing reading comprehension with texts about UBI, and engaging in discussions to improve speaking skills.
  • Talking to yourself
    In this Advanced ESL lesson, students will explore the concept of talking to yourself and its importance in everyday life. This lesson focuses on expanding vocabulary related to self-expression and communication. 
  • Why others seem happier
    In this Upper-Intermediate ESL lesson, students will examine why people often perceive others as happier than themselves, exploring cognitive biases and social media’s influence. They’ll enhance English skills by learning new vocabulary.
  • Making better decisions
    In this Upper-Intermediate ESL lesson, students will enhance their ability to discuss decision-making processes. They’ll acquire relevant vocabulary and practice expressing potential outcomes and consequences. The lesson will focus on articulating opinions with supporting reasons.
