In this Upper-Intermediate ESL lesson, students will explore the concept of Universal Basic Income while developing their English language skills. Exercises

They will start by completing sentences using provided words in a gap-filling exercise. Next, they’ll practice word replacement, substituting words in sentences using a given list of alternatives. The third activity involves matching words with their antonyms to expand vocabulary. Lastly, students will adapt a short text by replacing highlighted words with options from a list.
