Participants will watch a video named “This Is How Terribly Short Your Life Is (If You Hate Your Job & Live For The Weekends.)” Post-viewing, students pick which topics were mentioned in the video.
Exercises
In this part of the lesson, students will reveal the cards and look at the pictures and ask themselves whether this is a life they would like. In the second exercise, they group factors that impact life satisfaction into the correct categories.

Students will read a piece discussing the factors that impact life satisfaction, followed by a Q&A session.
