Warm-up:

Reading:
Learners read an article extract and answer questions about the text.
Video:
Students watch a video titled “OpenAI announces it is shutting down video platform Sora”. After watching the video, they answer a few questions related to the video.
Grammar and Exercises:
The learners familiarize themselves with hedging and speculation language. In the next part students rewrite sentences using hedging and speculation structures while keeping the original meaning. In the third exercise, the learners provide arguments for and against a series of statements.
