  • The Importance of Being Bored This upper-intermediate lesson plan looks at how people today try to avoid being bored, and questions whether or not this is a good thing. Is it sometimes important for us to be bored? Your students will explore this idea through a series of interactive English activities that present new vocabulary, allow them to practice their reading comprehension, and express their ideas in natural English conversations.
  • Paradise Lost: Welcome to Dystopia This advanced ESL lesson focuses on the idea of dystopian societies, and how common dystopian themes apply to current real-life situations. In addition to their existing knowledge, students are encouraged to express their ideas using new vocabulary presented through a range of activities that combine vocabulary building, reading comprehension and critical thinking.
  • Beyond the Hype: Real Limitations of Today’s AI This C2 reading practice lesson focuses on AI limitations,  and features various discussion and language exercises. Students engage with real-world scenarios involving AI failures using complex vocabulary.
