We just got our latest feedback results back, and honestly, we’re pretty excited about what we’re seeing. English4Tutors scored in the top 10% in the Net Promoter Score survey!
What does that actually mean?
Out of 304 ESL teachers who responded, here’s what they told us about our lesson plans:
- 67% gave us a perfect 10 – these are the teachers who would definitely recommend our lesson plans to their colleagues
- 24% gave us a 7, 8 or 9 – they’re happy with what we provide
- 9% scored us lower – which gives us some honest feedback on where we can improve our resources
This is considered an excellent score, so we’re feeling good about where we stand.
Our ESL teacher community makes all the difference
Here’s the thing – these numbers don’t happen by accident. They’re the result of having dedicated ESL teachers who use our lesson plans to create engaging, effective classes for their students.
Every teacher who used our materials, tried them in their classroom, and gave us feedback played a part in this result.
