The main goals of this ESL lesson plan are to:

Students will watch a short video titled “Are lab-grown diamonds the future?” After watching, students will answer questions to check for comprehension.

Exercises

Students will categorize the phrases influencing the price of a diamond. In the second exercise, students will play a game of Two Truths and a Lie.

Reading

Students will read a short text about diamonds and answer questions about the text.

Discussion

At the end of the lesson, students will create a famous quote about diamonds and discuss it with the teacher.
